Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The location is absolutely top-notch, making it easy to explore the city. However, I found myself disappointed with the service as it felt lacking in warmth and attentiveness. While I did enjoy the clean room with a nice view, the price made me expect a little more in terms of overall experience. The nearby diner was convenient but also overpriced, which wasn't ideal for breakfast.
The hotel offers exceptional service, particularly from staff like Neida, who really went above and beyond to assist during our stay. The location is superb, making it easy to explore New York City. However, while the hotel has character, some areas feel a bit worn and could benefit from updates. The dining options, especially the Tick Tock Diner, can be pricey but still provide convenience.
